**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Oakley**, a leading Brand in the Outdoor and Performance Apparel industry, is looking for a Production Leader.-
- Their duty is to ensure that industrialization activities are organized and carried out to the levels of service expected by senior management. Respecting the development times of industrialization projects and the objectives of reducing costs and production times.**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Guarantee methodological daily support to factories production departments for the continuous improvement of processes (interfacing with production and in conjunction with the times and methods office).
- Analyze collected data (Bill of Materials) in order to identify problems of materials supply and propose improvements to reduce the lead time of the delivery of our finish products, without compromising the quality of the product.
- Collaborate with other teams such as procurement planning for the realization of specific projects to improve the current output of our vendors.
- Evaluate properly the capacity of the different vendors and support them to respect the defined ex
- factory dates submitted by the planning team.
- Management of production change requests.
- Set up pilot run processes with all partner factories, monitor the pilot runs and support the factories in order to make any required improvements (Manage/implement processes related to the realization of first off production of a new product)
- Ensure production efficiency is optimal at every stage from the development process through to bulk production.
- Propose and champion innovative solutions and technologies to increase the efficiency.
- Introduce Standard Operating Procedures in line with Oakley processes (Unification, harmonization and standardization of Oakley processes and procedures)
- Resolve daily production problems directly with our production partners with regular technical support to the relevant teams.
- Raw Materials Consumption analysis to limit the amount of leftover fabrics at the end of each season. Identify new projects to reuse the stock of materials if any aligned with our eco sustainable policy.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- Degree in technical disciplines and consolidated previous experience in the role gained preferably in companies from apparel, accessories and footwear industry. 5 to 10 years’ experience in the role is mandatory.
- Knowledge of production optimization methods, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Having operated in production companies that have promoted continuous improvement projects from a Lean perspective.
- Technical knowledge of production times, methods and processes from Textile industry.
- Good knowledge of Textile products (conceptions, machineries, standards).
- Ability to analyze, problem-solve
- Willingness to travel throughout the country and abroad is essential.
- Ability to be autonomous, and to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and team player, strong ability to transfer knowledge.
- SAP and able to work with Digital e-platforms to analyze data in a very proactive way.
- Great knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,

**LANGUAGES**:

- Fluent in Italian
- Fluent in English language to a Technical level
- Any Other Languages will be considered as a plus
