Il nostro Cliente, azienda operante nel settore delle materie plastiche, ci ha incaricati di ricercare:
**SALES MANAGER** **PLASTIC PRODUCTS**
La posizione avrà come focus la gestione dell’attuale portafoglio clienti e lo sviluppo del Business su potenziali clienti, sia per Italia che per l’estero, con target distribuito tra grandi clienti (key Accounts) e PMI.
**Principali Responsabilità**
- Predisporre il budget ed il forecast di vendita annuali per le aree assegnate;
- Garantire il raggiungimento dei target di fatturato, margini e creditinel rispetto del budget assegnato;
- Assicurare una puntuale analisi del mercato, della sua segmentazione e l’individuazione di potenziali opportunità, attraverso un cruscotto dati su tendenze, prodotti, clienti econcorrenti;
- Predisporre e curare la reportistica direzionale periodica;
- Gestire la rete dei Clienti con particolare attenzione al livello di soddisfazione e proporre le eventuali azioni di miglioramento e fidelizzazione;
- Rappresentare l’Azienda presso fiere di settore, sia in Italia che all’estero.
**Requisiti richiesti**
- Laurea in ingegneria o cultura equipollente
- Consolidata esperienza maturata in ruolo analogo nel settore dei componenti in plastica presso realtà B2B
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Si richiedono ottime capacità relazionali, forte orientamento al Cliente e al risultato, saper lavorare come team player pur operando territorialmente in autonomia, spiccate doti di problem solving, capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo secondo le priorità.
**Sede di Lavoro**
Provincia di Belluno con disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Italia e all’estero ove richiesto.
