You’ll welcome new starts on their first day, ensure all their personnel files and documents are up to date and assist Managers with all things People related.
- You will be responsible for producing contracts/leaver letters, keeping our HR system updated, new joiner inductions, coordinating with the Payroll Team and day-to-day management of the HR mailbox. You’ll work closely with the international HR, Payroll and Recruitment teams to build strong working relationships and ensure process consistency and governance are maintained.

This role is based in Milan and will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

**As our new People Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Be the first point of contact for all general employee administrative queries
- Manage creation of documents such as employment contracts, third part contracts, resignations, promotions, maternity/paternity, any other changes during employment
- Update our HR database with changes to personal and employment data
- Support HR team in monthly payroll activities to ensure correct process
- Interface with payroll provider to ensure compliance of the timelines of all activities related to the process of payment of salaries, Funds, etc
- Manage the storage of the documents mandators for the company
- Support in the Management of people service activities and suppliers
- Raise and monitor POs for HR/Facilities-related invoices
- Take ownership for onboarding and off-boarding our employees
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures and responding within agreed SLA's
- Take involvement in ad-hoc project work as required.

**You’ll have**:

- Experience working in a confidential HR operations role
- Knowledge of Italian employment law
- Experience of reading payslips and legal charges provided for HR Administration
- Strong data entry experience within HR systems
- Stakeholder-focused attitude
- Solutions focused on a proactive mindset
- Ability to prioritise and organize your own work
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Great communication skills
- Flexible attitude and a real team player
- IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
