Maintenance Technician

_**Introduction**_

**NewCold Piacenza**: NewCold Piacenza is NewCold’s automated cold storage facility. It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Piacenza operations team is responsible to safely operate and maintain the state of the art coldstore and to provide excellent logistics services to our customers.
- **Job Purpose / Job context**_
- Guarantee maintenance and electrical aspects of maintenance of machinery and entire site, included facilities and equipments
- **Responsibilities and Accountabilities**_
- Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to have maximum operational(es cooling system, conveyors, cranes ecc)
- Respect maintenance plans according the priority indicated by maintenance coord
- Update records of maintenance tasks completed and Ensure all routine works are checked

report eventual problem to manager
- Maintain good inventory of Engineering spare parts, tools and equipment according the weekly plans received
- Answer efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime
- Liaise with maintenance supplier’s workers to identify the impact of breakdown events
- Under breakdown conditions, advise suddenly management teams about options to solve.
- Ability to manage height operations and rescue
- Always work in safety and notify any problem about it
- To follow all procedures according the legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions.
- Available always to give support useful to restore also structural site’s maintenance(es doors retrieval, panels, rump, hydraulics, green area ecc)

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €28.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
