We are looking for a **customer service specialist (fixed time)**

Arcese offers the possibility of a placement in the **Customer Success Team**, at its headquarters in Chiari (BS).

**YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE**:

- Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence;
- Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints;
- Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and kpi;
- Wotk with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies.
