At AGCO's Grain & Protein division we engineer and manufacture grain, seed processing and protein production equipment that nourishes a rapidly growing global population. We embarked on a transformation to increase customer-focus and to simplify/improve internal processes and technology support. Digitization efforts are part of the transformation.

We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated manager who takes ownership and leads the digitization of the journey from "capturing customer requirements” via “configuration" to "quote" of our Protein equipment businesses in Europe and Asia. As Product Owner, you will define what digital enablement is needed along the journey in form of user stories and collaborate closely with business and technical teams for user story refinements. You will prioritize these requirements in sprint backlogs to maximize business value and assure quality in the user story development process. Also, you will play an integral role in communication to internal and external stakeholders collaborating not only across many functions including Engineering, Operations, and IT, but also across countries inside and outside Europe.

**What You Will Do**:

- Represent the customer /dealer needs by engaging with the customer/ dealer and business stakeholders ensuring that the business outcomes have highest priority
- Contribute to the development of a digital product roadmap that meets expectations of the stakeholders.
- Lead and eagerly participate in agile ceremonies such as product increment planning, sprint planning, refinements, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Ensure quality of the digital enablement including not only the definition of ready and definition of done, but also the organization and preparation of product demos and user acceptance testing

**What You Will Bring**:

- Two different profiles can be successful in this role, which have in common:

- At least Bachelor-level education (Master-level preferred)
- At least 4 years of work experience in cross-functional environments and on the interface between technology/IT and Business
- Fluent in written and spoken English (ideally also Italian)
- Solution orientation and strong communication and social skills in order to balance different needs and find the best solution for the customer and the business
- Willingness to take ownership and act proactively

Profile #1:

- Business background in Sales / Pre-sales ideally in manufacturing industry (livestock animal equipment would be preferred)
- Technology/IT affinity to understand technical developers and drive digital enablement

Profile #2:

- IT development background ideally in CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solutions
- Strong business affinity to optimize development for customer and business value
