**PRICING & REVENUE GROWTH SPECIALIST**

Sede**:Milano**

La risorsa si inserirà nel reparto **Revenue Growth Management**, che lavora all’interno del **team Shopper (Trade Marketing)**, e si occuperà di supportare e rafforzare la strategia di assortimento, promo e pricing con lo scopo di fornire raccomandazioni sulle opportunità di crescita di business.

Nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Monitora e fornisce raccomandazioni per bilanciare la **competitività dei prodotti** rispetto ai KPI interni al fine di migliorare le Market Share, le Net Sales e il Gross Margin.
- Valuta le attuali **strategie di prezzo** dei prodotti esistenti e ne definisce le aree di miglioramento, guida la definizione delle piramidi di prezzo.
- **Monitora i prezzi al pubblico** e traduce le informazioni in utili indicazioni per confermare / rivedere la strategia.
- Collabora con il team Shopper e si confronta con il team Marketing per **definire la migliore strategia di prezzo** dei nuovi prodotti.
- Guida la strategia di aumenti di listino bilanciando competitività dei prodotti con obiettivi aziendali.
- Aggiorna costantemente la strategia di netti di cessione.
- Imposta analisi di massimizzazione delle rese promo **in termini di pricing**.

Requisiti:

- **Esperienza pregressa** di almeno **5 anni** nel ruolo e preferibile provenienza dal settore cosmetico-farmaceutico;
- Gradita laurea in economia o ingegneria gestionale;
- Ottima conoscenza di **Excel**;
- **Storytelling & negotiation skills**;
- Dimestichezza con le logiche dell'**ambito GDO**;
- Gradita conoscenza di SAP, SAP 4HANA, Power BI;
- Buona conoscenza della **lingua inglese** sia parlata che scritta (livello B2/C1);
