Finance Functional Analyst

Based in our Headquarter office in **Carpi (MO)**, we are looking for a **Finance Functional Analyst.**

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and support Finance initiatives as Team member to implement new functionalities and improve existing ones;
- Analyze requirements and translate them into solutions;
- Configurate Finance module;
- Work with Technical Team in explaining the requirement and co-ordinate with them to get development moving;
- Work with cross functional Teams to prioritize work, drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs and provide status of the work you're leading to Project Manager and to other Team members;
- Mentor and support users and teammates on Finance functionalities including understanding of configurations and transactions;
- Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing scripts;
- Build Training documentation and impart training to end users.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelors or BS degree in Information Technology and/or Finance or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience on Corporate Finance systems;
- Understanding of the business functions of Finance & Accounting to evaluation of IT impact and improvement on other business functions;
- Change Control and Release Management Experience;
- Functional and technical proficiency with at least 3+ years SAP FICO implementation experience;
- Areas of expertise in SAP FICO including but not limited to General Ledger, Special Ledger, Multi-Currency, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, Corporate Accounting, ABAP Query, Report Painter, Report Writer, SAP Security related to Roles and SOD’s;
- Ability to architect solutions in the Finance (FICO) functional areas by seamlessly integrating with MM, SD, PP, APO and BW functional areas;
