HR People Care & Policies

La Q8 è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nella direzione Risorse Umane, a supporto del TRADE UNIONS RELATIONS COORDINATOR, con lo scopo di supportare nel progettare, sviluppare e curare le iniziative di Wellbeing e People Care, Welfare ma anche supporto sulle tematiche che attengono al rapporto di lavoro, agli accordi collettivi e aziendali.

Key Activities:

- Supportare nel seguire ed interpreta l'evoluzione della normativa giuslavoristica e dei contratti di lavoro, ed individua eventuali aree di azione/intervento
- Supportare nell'aggiornamento degli istituti aziendali (es. policy sanitaria, prestiti, assicurazioni, F.I.S., etc.) e curarne l’implementazione
- Fornire assistenza e supporto alle altre Direzioni aziendali per la corretta gestione dei diversi aspetti dei rapporti di lavoro (es. ferie, permessi, orari, istituti, etc)
- Supportre la progettazione e sviluppo della strategia aziendale di People Care attuando le iniziative concordate;
- Supportare la definizione delle strategie di well-being;
- Curare le previsioni di budget per ogni progetto o programma afferente alla strategia di People Care, ottenendo le approvazioni interne e gestendo le attività concordate entro il budget, riferendo periodicamente al People Care, Employees & Unions relations Manager.
- Supportare la pianificazione, gestione e analisi dell’insieme dei processi di interazione e scambio di informazioni tra la popolazione aziendale e le varie funzioni di business (Survey e colloqui) contribuendo allo sviluppo e mantenimento di una cultura aziendale del benessere, creando sinergie funzionali e favorendo la condivisione dei valori aziendali di wellbeing all'interno dell’organizzazione.
- Analizzare le esigenze della popolazione aziendale, identificare gli strumenti più significativi e utili al perseguimento della sostenibilità sociale dell’organizzazione, armonizzandoli sulla base delle nuove esigenze e assicurandone la fruibilità.
- Ricerche di mercato e approfondimenti tramite molteplici canali al fine di garantire un costante aggiornamento degli strumenti e delle iniziative di Wellbeing.
- Gestire il lancio di Survey interne al fine di raccogliere dati e feedback dalla popolazione.

Key Requirements:

- Laurea in Economia o in Gestione delle risorse umane
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello minimo B1/B2

La Q8 offre un contratto a tempo determinato.
