**Di che cosa ti occuperai?**

Supporterai l’HR Manager nel coordinamento di tutti i principali processi legati alle Risorse Umane presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Brembate (BG). Nello specifico:

- Consoliderai le tue competenze nella gestione dell’intero life-cycle dei collaboratori Bosch: recruiting, on-boarding e off-boarding, gestione amministrativa, compensation & benefits, formazione, organizzazione di eventi interni, sorveglianza sanitaria;
- Avrai l’opportunità di contribuire allo sviluppo di nuovi progetti legati alle aree Training&Development e Comunicazione Interna;
- Sarai in prima linea nel redigere report e analisi legati al mondo HR, nella gestione documentale e contrattualistica, nella preparazione di presentazioni per il management dello stabilimento e per la divisione Power Tools;
- Lavorerai a stretto contatto con le principali funzioni aziendali: Ambiente Salute e Sicurezza, Controllo di Gestione, Produzione.

Qualifiche
**Qualifiche**

**Che cosa ti distingue?**

**Formazione**: Laurea Triennale o Specialistica in Materie Umanistiche con focus sulle Risorse Umane. Preferibile Master Universitario HR.

**Lingue Straniere**: Inglese almeno livello B1

**Conoscenze**: Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office (in particolare Outlook, Excel e Power Point)

**Personalità**: Spiccate capacità di comunicazione; Capacità relazionali orientate al lavoro di squadra; Buone doti organizzative, problem solving e precisione.

Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month.
