WWC Global is seeking a dedicated professional with a track record of success to join our team supporting Commander Navy Region Europe, Central (CNREURAFCENT) Comptroller (N8) in Naples, Italy. The Budget Support Agreement Analyst will supplement financial programs and special projects resulting in services necessary to manage, operate, and maintain various facets of regional financial operations. The Contractor will provide financial program support in budget, accounting, and financial program oversight in the operations and management within subordinate stations, activities, and detachments located throughout the CNREURAFCENT area of responsibility (AOR). The Contractor will work in conjunction with other contractor personnel, Government civilians (GS), local/foreign nationals (LN/FN), and military personnel to accomplish the performance requirements.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Analyze and coordinate the review of agreements and maintain liaison with all DoD and Non-DoD activities to/from whom support is provided/received.
- Review agreements for conformity with appropriate guidelines and policy.
- Liaise with supplying and receiving agencies to ensure adequacy and currency of agreements in defining and delivering their functional services to tenants and other parties.
- Facilitate or assist in negotiating requirements between the receiver and supplier providing the support.
- Support the development and evaluation of MOAs/MOUs and GT&C.
- Maintain a complete inventory of all agreements, current, expired and proposed.
- This is a 2 month temporary position starting on or about 1 August 2023._
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 0-10% / Minimal travel expected.

**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a Finance or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business or finance.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Current NATO SOFA status.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- Experience in financial program support in budget, accounting, and/or financial program.
- Advanced MS Excel user.
- Experience with Navy ERP or SAP.
- Experience working with the Department of Defense.
