Program Manager
L'obiettivo della risorsa sarà quello di seguire le diverse fasi di progetto delle linee principali dell'azienda, concentrandosi principalmente sui motori elettrici dalla richiesta di offerta fino alla fase di spedizione.
Le attività includeranno:
- Gestire contemporaneamente diversi progetti, rispettando i tempi e i costi stabiliti.
- Collaborare strettamente con il gruppo dei PM già presenti, condividendo metodologie, processi e procedure
- Collaborare con i diversi reparti dell'azienda per raggiungere gli obiettivi di progetto, garantendo la consegna puntuale e nel rispetto del budget.
- Interfaccia con tutti gli stakeholders, in particolare con il cliente, per comunicare lo stato del progetto e affrontare eventuali problematiche tecniche e gestionali.
- Gestire la comunicazione interna, in modo che tutti i dipartimenti coinvolti siano allineati sullo stato di avanzamento e siano aggiornate tutte le attività collegate (pianificazione, progettazione, gestione degli ordini, supporto).
- Gestire i claims di progetto, lavorando in collaborazione con il cliente sia dal punto di vista tecnico (con il supporto di R&D) che commerciale (con il supporto di Sales e Customer Service), fino alla loro risoluzione.
- Monitorare i costi dei progetti in collaborazione con Sales, Acquisti e il reparto di Controllo di Gestione.
- Laurea in Ingegneria o titolo equivalente
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi, preferibilmente nel settore industriale;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle metodologie di project management e delle migliori pratiche del settore
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e di prendere decisioni tempestive
- Eccellenti competenze comunicative e relazionali
- Forte orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati e alla soddisfazione del cliente
