IL RUOLO

Entrerai nel team Impatto Positivo che si occupa di Sostenibilità per la nostra Business Unit. Sarai responsabile della valutazione e riduzione dell’impatto ambientale. Analizzerai i dati per identificare tendenze e sviluppare modelli e creare rapporti per informare il processo decisionale in tema di impatti ambientali, contribuendo alla definizione e monitoraggio del nostro piano di decarbonizzazione e monitorando la corretta gestione dei rifiuti. Svilupperai soluzioni basate sui dati per migliorare i processi e le nostre attività.

RESPONSABILITÀ
- Analisi dei dati per individuare tendenze e modelli
- Progettazione e implementazione dei sistemi di raccolta dati
- Monitoraggio della qualità e integrità dei dati, con particolare riferimento ai dati di sostenibilità
- Monitoraggio e reporting delle emissioni di gas ad effetto serra e delle azioni che sottendono il piano di decarbonizzazione
- Coordinamento delle attività di gestione dei rifiuti
- Raccolta dati per il Bilancio di Sostenibilità e per il monitoraggio dei principali target di gruppo
- Analisi dei processi al fine di ricercare una continua efficienza degli stessi
- Archiviazione dei dati ambientali e di sostenibilità

QUALIFICHE E COMPETENZE

Qualifiche base:

- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria per l’Ambiente e il Territorio o in Scienze Ambientali
- Digital mindset e buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (in particolare Excel)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Capacità di elaborazione dati e definizione KPI
- Dinamicità e proattività
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Conoscenza del GHG Protocol e dei sistemi di misurazione della CO2
- Conoscenza delle principali ISO riguardanti l’impatto ambientale

Qualifiche preferenziali:

- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese/Francese
- Capacità di produrre presentazioni efficaci
- 2-3 anni di esperienza in ambito ambientale
