Per software house ultra-innovativa e altamente specializzata nell'ambito Intelligenza Artificiale e Machine Learning, stiamo cercando un/una:
Team Leader - Data Science

la risorsa individuata, sarà responsabile di un team specializzato nello sviluppo di algoritmi e soluzioni software proprietarie in ambito Data Science e Machine Learning, composto da figure specializzate in data engineering e data science:
Principali **responsabilità**:

- Gestione e supervisione delle attività di ideazione, sviluppo e delivery delle soluzioni;
- Coordinamento di un team di professionisti specializzati in ambito software engineering, data science, machine learning e math-model development;
- Partecipazione e coordinamento delle attività di R&D interne;
- Supporto tecnico specialistico ai referenti di Business per le fasi di Sales/Presales.

**Requisiti**
- Esperienza pregressa all'interno di progetti/sviluppo prodotti/aziende di Data Science, Analisi statistica avanzata, AI oppure Machine learning;
- Master o preferibilmente PhD in Matematica, Fisica, Statistica, Data Science o equivalente;
- Ottima conoscenza di algoritmi, modelli, metodologie di Data Science e Machine learning;
- Conoscenza/esperienza pregressa nello sviluppo software, preferibilmente, in un ambiente CI/CD di soluzioni SaaS;
- Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di un team;
- La conoscenza di metodologie di Project Management sarà considerata un plus;

- Un atteggiamento proattivo e un forte orientamento verso il continous learning;
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali e una forte tendenza alla leadership;
- Orientato al risultato e capacità di analisi ed organizzazione;
