With a growing business, team, and user-base, our need for crisp, polished communication is on the rise. That’s why we’re on the hunt for an English language copywriter adept at creating sharp, engaging, and appealing copy for the many different audiences we communicate with.

A few examples of your responsibilities
- Wordsmith a variety of communications, with the opportunity to focus on the areas where your copywriting passion and potential shine the brightest—including legalese, press releases, commercial campaigns, and UX/UI messaging.
- Help draft impeccably resonant internal communications, such as welcome messages for new Spooners and company-wide memos.

What we look for
- Native English. Your mother tongue is English—in which you possess a mighty vocabulary, grasp of grammar, and flair for form. No Italian required.
- Excellent writing skills. You understand the nuts and bolts behind creating engaging, coherent copy that can entertain, educate, and inspire different audiences, adapting according to the reader and the medium.
- Accuracy and precision. Your attention to detail is spot-on, and you’re painstakingly accurate.
- Common sense. Your judgment and intuition are sound and well grounded in reality.
- Humility. You’re down to earth, eager to listen to feedback and constructive criticism, and ready to support your team with whatever it needs to succeed.
- A collaborative nature. You can understand others and work well with them, balancing patience and assertiveness.
- Pragmatism. Far from being too academic or obsessive in your perfectionism, you understand that speed is often as important as quality when getting things done in a competitive world.

- Remote working. Spend as much or as little time in our Milan office as you choose. Many Spooners like to change up their environment and get out of the city whenever the mood strikes. You’ve always got the freedom to decide where today’s office is.
- Flexible schedule. Our regular hours are 9-6 GMT+1, but this isn’t a “clock in, clock out” company. You’re fully trusted to create the right conditions for your own personal peak productivity. We only ask that you’re available to your teammates a good chunk of the day (six hours or so). That’s why it’s generally best to be based somewhere with a similar time zone—between GMT-2 and GMT+3.
- Relocation package. If you need to relocate for the position, we typically cover reasonable transportation and moving expenses, provide up to three months of temporary accommodation, and help you and your close family members with visa support if necessary.
- Unlimited time off. Take all the time you need to be with your family or just recharge your batteries. There’s no maximum number of days off, and there isn't any kind of permission process. We just ask that you make your vacation decisions mindfully.
- Exciting events. We care deeply about team spirit and bonding. That’s why our incredible People Operations team organizes awesome events, like team games, drinks, yoga classes, parties, and regular company-wide retreats. Recent destinations include Bali, Mauritius, and Tanzania.
