- Your Challenge
- For our new plant next opening in Cerreto d'Esi (Italy), R&D Italy Team Lead will responsible for:
- Manage italian development team (active development and technical supervisor)
- Manage resources and projects in allignment with business
- Manage development activities with internal and external partners and ensure development standards are set for each segment
- Execute and lead product and process changes and R&D crossfunctional projects
- Interpret and evaluate of observations and results
- Train production staff in new processes, products
- Your Profile

**Education**:University degree as bachelor/master or higher preferably in chemical engineering or comparable

**Experience**: min. 3-5 yrs work experience as engineer; experience in managing and leading employees

**Language skills**: Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

**Required skills**: high communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all levels; familiar with MS Office, preferably SAP

**Competencies**: Project Management competence; competence in thin-film composite membrane and spiral wound element development and manufacturing
