A leading Insurance Company is currently looking for a **Project Management & Operations Governance** that will report to the Country Chief Operations & Information Technology Officer (CCOPS&ITO).

The resource will support the CCOPS&ITO on the definition and the monitoring of the area’s strategy and main projects, working closely with his first managerial line and other business head of function. Moreover, will have the responsibility to support the Chief in preparing committee reports and other executive time consuming activities.

**Main tasks**
- Ensure that strategy implementation and other main projects are delivered in time and within budget
- Collect and monitor area’s KPIs and report trends and anomalies
- Provide insights, benchmarking, analysis and specific reporting for projects
- Manage interactions with and presentations to internal stakeholders, including heads of functions
- Collect, analyze and prepare information for meetings with internal staff and outside parties (typically IT providers)
- Work closely with the Chief to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Coordinate Chief’s internal committees and townhalls. Work closely across the Chief’s team sharing appropriate information and seeking advice and support when required

**Requirements**:

- Must to have_
- 3-5 years work experience in modern technology and business operations, preferably gained in financial industry or from primary consultancy firms
- Master’s degree preferably in quantitative disciplines (Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics,)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Diligent, detail oriented and able to perform under pressure
- Ability to summarize both verbally and writing, with broad capability in the definition of executive reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Think-cell
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Nice to have_
- International experience
