**SHIFT SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER** - MILANO**

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del punto vendita e supporterà lo/la store manager nella gestione del negozio.

**Profilo ricercato**

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Organizzazione del negozio e delle priorità
- Assicurare la migliore Customer Experience attraverso l'eccellente qualità del servizio e del prodotto
- Analisi e gestione dei KPI’s, raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Pianificazione e gestione delle presenze (labour cost, produttività oraria)
- Controllo dello stock (ordini, inventari etc.)
- Garantire gli standard del brand e rispettare le procedure aziendali
- Organizzazione e monitoraggio delle formazioni on the job

**Si Offre**:

- Contratto Full Time diretto con Azienda: su turni (NO SPEZZATO) da Lunedì a Domenica con riposo compensativo
- Percorso di training on the job
- Bonus basati sulle performance di fatturato e inventario dello store
- Sconti dipendente, voucher pasto gratuiti per turni di lavoro di almeno 6 ore, bevande illimitate durante il turno di lavoro

**Tipologia contrattuale**:
Da valutare secondo il profilo. RAL 24-28 K
