**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**

AS RETAIL OPERATION ASSISTANT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN ALL THE RETAIL PROCESS OF SOUTH EUROPE MARKET.

YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE RETAIL OPERATION MANAGER OF THE REGION AND SUPPORT THE NETWOK IN ALL THE DUTIES LINKED TO THE OPERATIONAL SIDE.

PROFILE

**Your impact**

**ADMINISTRATION**:

- ASSISTING THE OPERATIONS MANAGER WITH DAILY BUSINESS ACTIVITIES AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS (SUPPLIERS, INVOICING, PLANNING, LICENSES, ETC.)
- WORKING CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY WITH HO ON GLOBAL PROJECTS IN THE GROWTH OF THE SOUTH EUROPE REGION (NEW OPENINGS, POP-UP, RETROFIT, CSR PROJECTS, ETC.)

**OPERATIONS**:

- PARTNERING WITH RETAIL OPERATIONS, IT, E-COMMERCE, LOGISTICS AND SERVICE CLIENT, TO CONFIDENTLY TROUBLESHOOT ANY OPERATIONAL ISSUES, AND ESCALATE WHEN NEEDED;
- FOLLOW UP THE INTERVENTIONS OF THE VARIOUS SERVICE PROVIDERS (AIR CONDITIONING, MAINTENANCE, SECURITY, ETC.);
- ASSISTING THE OPERATION MANAGER AND HR DEPARTMENT WITH THE FOLLOW UP OF THE H&S PROCEDURES (FIRE PREVENTION AND FIRST AID TRAINING, SECURITY SYSTEMS SEMESTERLY CHECK, RSPP, ETC.);
- OVERSEE THAT ALL THE NEW EMPLOYEES ARE EQUIPPED WITH ALL TOOLS (PHONE, STAFF LOOKS, ETC.);
- MONITOR STORES’ BACK-OFFICE ACTIVITIES, ENSURE PROPER COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURES AND CONTROL THE APPROPRIATE MANAGEMENT OF FLOWS: PACKAGING, STOCKS, CHECKOUTS, AFTER-SALES SERVICE, DISTANCE SALES;
- FOLLOW UP OF THE CYCLE COUNT CALENDAR SHARED BY THE STORES AND MONITOR THE OUTCOME OF THE INVENTORIES;

**PERFORMANCE**
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ORGANIZATIONAL AND STAFF STANDARDS: INCLUDING GROUP MEETINGS AND CREATING REPORTS, ANALYSIS AND TRACKING TOOL;
- PARTICIPATE IN THE DRAFTING OF DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPORTS;
- FOLLOW UP SALES TRENDS AND KPIS WITH AN OVERVIEW PER COUNTRY AND STORES TYPOLOGY
- MONITORING THE PERFORMANCE WITH LOCAL CLIENTS AND TOURISTS TO FACILITATE CLIENTELING INITIATIVES
- FOLLOW UP (WITH INTERNAL TOOLS SUCH POWERBI) ON DAILY BASIS STOCK KPIS, PERFORMANCE FLOW, RECEPTIONS, TRANSFERS AND RESERVATIONS TO ENSURE HIGH QUALITATIVE STANDARDS

- ** **A GRADUATE (OR SOON TO BE GRADUATE) IN ECONOMICS, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, FASHION BUSINESS, LAW, ENGINEERING OR RELATED AREAS
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH. A GOOD COMMAND IN ITALIAN, BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN IS RECOMMENDED. FRENCH OR SPANISH KNOWLEDGE IS A PLUS
- EXPERT IN EXCEL AND POWER POINT, THE KNOWLEDGE OF POWERBI CONSIDERED AS A STRONG PLUS
- INTEREST IN COMPLIANCE TOPICS (E.G. HEALTH AND SAFETY, ANTICORRUPTION, DATA PROTECTION, ETC.)
- ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, SENSE OF PRIORITIES AND AGILITY
