You will be joining the Milan-based UniCredit Equity and Equity Linked syndicate team, which is the interface between equity issuers and institutional investors, through our various origination and coverage teams as well as our JV partner, Kepler-Cheuvreux. This team is part of Advisory & Financing Solutions of the UniCredit Investment Banking unit.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Internal communication:

- Produce market updates with the support of the team and the use of the various market tools (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc)
- Communicate market information to origination and coverage teams to equip them with content for their client discussions
- Set-up committees to obtain approvals prior to launching new capital market deals
- External interactions:

- Progressively participate in conversations with investors about market dynamics and specific live transactions
- Gather views regarding a wide range of sectors and stocks, focused on Italy, Germany and the CEE region
- Liaise with our partner Kepler-Cheuvreux to coordinate interactions with the various sector analysts
- Execution:

- Support the team with daily tasks with regards to IPOs, Right Issues, Accelerated Bookbuilds (ABBs) and Equity Linked products
- Liaise with the various teams across Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure that desk strictly follows internal rules and procedures
- Communicate efficiently with the Kepler-Cheuvreux team during deal executions
- Desk analysis
- Conduct analysis to create market intelligence and identify trends on our key markets
- Liaise with our partner Kepler-Cheuvreux to share stock or sector specific intel
- Leverage AI tools & data analytics for the desk

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Self-starter
- Team player
- Effective communicator
- Detail-oriented
- English a must, Italian or German a plus
- Good command of Excel, Bloomberg, Powerpoint
- Training in AI tools an advantage
