ALTEN Italia è alla ricerca di un Project Leader Power System Automation da inserire su progetti per importanti clienti della Divisione ENGINEERING, nel settore Industry, con sede di lavoro Genova.

La figura che stiamo ricercando è un professionista dell'ingegneria altamente motivato con la capacità di guidare progetti di ricerca e sviluppo sull'automazione sotto la direzione del responsabile della linea di prodotti per l'automazione e lavorando in team con il Project Manager.

L’obiettivo sarà l'automazione della generazione distribuita integrata nei sistemi di alimentazione tradizionali e in Microgrid.

Il Project Leader dovrà inoltre supportare la convalida del software Grid Edge Solution e delle piattaforme di controllo hardware assicurando l'adeguatezza di queste per soddisfare requisiti sempre più rigorosi con il supporto di un team di ricerca e sviluppo globale.

**Attività**:
Guidare tutte le attività tecniche coordinando il team di progetto;
Gestire l’avanzamento del progetto, monitorando eventuali modifiche secondo necessità sfruttando la metodologia Agile;
Progettare, implementare, validare e condurre test sulle funzionalità di controllo dell’automazione con la collaborazione del team;
Implementare delle logiche su piattaforme di automazione utilizzando linguaggi specifici della piattaforma;
Supportare l’intero ciclo del progetto di ricerca e sviluppo, dalla progettazione al collaudo;
Fornire un supporto di alta qualità ai progetti di ingegneria;
Supportare l'implementazione della soluzione di automazione a livello globale, inclusa la formazione in sala e la formazione sul posto di lavoro su progetto reale;
Cercare e implementare in modo proattivo miglioramenti della qualità durante l'intera durata del progetto;
Seguire i valori fondamentali di sicurezza e integrità.
Requisiti
Proattività, flessibilità, buone doti comunicative, interpersonali e disponibilità al lavorare in gruppo;
Inglese fluente, sia scritto che parlato;
Laurea, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Elettrica o dell’automazione/simili;
3-6 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari;
Ottima conoscenza di PLC, SCADA;
Conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione industriale;
Buona conoscenza dei simulatori di protocollo;
Conoscenza dei sistemi di potenza;
Sarà considerato un plus la conoscenza di Azure DevOps;
Sarà considerato un plus aver utilizzato Python;
Sarà considerato un plus aver utilizzato Codesys;
Conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione industriale;
Buona conoscenza dei simulatori di protocollo;
Conoscenza dei sistemi di potenza;
