Event Manager

The team at Campfire is specialized at enabling retreats and offsites for teams and organizations. We work with companies and organizations from the European innovation ecosystem to craft unique experiences in inspiring nature locations. We operate “The Workation Village” in San Sebastiano da Po and work together with multiple partner locations.

**What we’re looking for**

You love organizing stuff and are an organized, structured person
You deeply care about bringing people together and enjoy communication
You work independently and make your own decisions
You have experience in event management, hospitality or human resources
You speak Italian and English at a proficient level. German is a plus.
You want to grow personally and professionally

**What will be your main tasks and responsibilities**
- Planning of retreats at The Workation Village and partner locations in Northern Italy
- Communication with and coordination of location staff and external partners
- Hosting of retreats as a primary contact person and the face of the Campfire Company
- Execution of events and team building activities
- Constant communication with other departments of the Campfire Company
