Sei la persona che stiamo cercando se:

- Sei un Ricercatore, che sa progettare e gestire progetti in ambito ricerca qualitativa (con un focus particolare sulla User Experience), ma che sa anche approcciarsi correttamente alle ricerche quantitative;
- Hai voglia di uscire dai vecchi schemi della ricerca tradizionale per partecipare alle sfide dell’innovazione di settore e hai passione e curiosità di scoprire il mondo del Digital;
- Hai comprovata esperienza nella progettazione e realizzazione di ricerche di mercato, con una forte capacità relazionale;
- Sei capace di raccogliere insight da tradurre in testi finali e reportistica;
- Hai una buona predisposizione verso l’identificazione di nuove idee e insight da inserire nei processi di sviluppo di prodotto tecnologico;
- Passione e la collaborazione sono un tuo mantra quotidiano.

Skills richieste:

- Almeno 4 anni di esperienza nel settore delle ricerche di mercato e della User Experience;
- Capacità di pianificare le attività, gestire i fornitori, creare stime e pianificare il lavoro del team;
- Capacità di progettare e condurre ogni fase della ricerca con una chiara visione degli obiettivi;
- Capacità di proporre al cliente la corretta strategia di ricerca e la più efficace scelta delle metodologie per il raggiungimento dei suoi obiettivi;
- Capacità di sviluppo commerciale e di gestione delle attività verso clienti e prospect;
- Forte curiosità e propensione per l’identificazione di nuove opportunità di innovazione di metodologie e prodotto tecnologico;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, sia in italiano che in inglese;
- Competenza avanzata in Excel e Powerpoint;
- Ottime capacità di problem solving, proattività, autonomia, propensione al teamwork e capacità di lavoro in contesti cross funzionali.
