**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- EU Passport or valid Italian working visa.**
**- Strong communication skills and self-awareness.**
**- Fluent English speaker (C1-level).**
**- Relevant Special Education BA or Master’s Degree.**
**- Previous Special Education Needs (SEN) experience (3+ years).**

Main Tasks

1. **Administer Aptitude and Achievement Assessments**:

- Utilize various standardized tests and assessments to help students evaluate their interests, skills, and abilities.
- Interpret assessment results to guide students in understanding their strengths and areas for development.

2. **Provide College Information and Guidance**:

- Offer comprehensive information about colleges, including admission requirements, programs offered, campus culture, and financial aid options.
- Assist students in researching and selecting colleges that align with their academic and personal goals.

3. **Motivate Students to Improve Grades**:

- Identify students who need academic support to meet college admissions requirements.
- Develop personalized strategies and action plans to help students improve their grades.
- Provide encouragement and support to motivate students to achieve their academic goals.

4. **Maintain Communication with College Admissions Counselors**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with college admissions counselors to stay informed about admission requirements and processes.

5. **Guide Students in Career Exploration**:

- Facilitate individual and group sessions to help students explore their interests, values, and career goals.
- Use various methods such as aptitude assessments, interviews, and career planning materials to assist students in self-discovery.

6. **Address Academic and Career Challenges**:

- Work closely with students to identify and address any barriers to academic or career success.
- Provide counseling and support to help students overcome challenges and develop resilience.

7. **Assist in Goal Setting and Decision Making**:

- Evaluate students' backgrounds, educational experiences, and interests to help them set realistic academic and career goals.
