**Il Digital Content Author in HRM**:
**si occupa di scrivere e ottimizzare testi per il web, collaborando con il team di marketing e design per creare contenuti che riflettano il tono e lo stile del brand. E' responsabile della redazione di articoli, post per blog, descrizioni di prodotti e contenuti per social media, con un focus sull'ottimizzazione SEO per migliorare la visibilità online. Inoltre, partecipa alla ricerca di nuove tendenze di mercato e stili di comunicazione, assicurandosi che i contenuti siano sempre aggiornati e in linea con le esigenze del pubblico target.**:
**Sei tu?**:
Il nostro collega ideale, con almeno un anno di esperienza e in possesso di P. IVA, deve possedere le seguenti caratteristiche:

- Conoscenza dei principali CMS (es: Wordpress, etc)
- Esperienza base in copywriting o nella produzione di contenuti digitali
- Familiarità con i concetti di SEO e delle best practice per la scrittura online
- Familiarità con concetti di UI/UX, con un approccio centrato sull'utente nella produzione dei contenuti
- Conoscenza base degli strumenti di gestione dei contenuti e delle piattaforme social
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2)
- Competenze e capacità apprezzate:_
- Attitudine al lavoro in team
- Capacità di problem solving
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
