Per la nostra sede di **Milano **siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa neolaureata da inserire in **stage **nel **team di Debt Capital Market **. La struttura ha tra le principali responsabilità quella di as sicurare il monitoraggio dei mercati dei capitali e scenari di tasso di interesse e cambio.

La risorsa supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:

- Monitoraggio dei mercati finanziari, bancari e scenari di tasso di interesse/cambio;
- Assicurare e ottimizzare il reperimento e l’impiego delle risorse finanziarie del Gruppo
- Gestire le modifiche contrattuali dei finanziamenti, dei leasing e dei bond e curare la relativa contrattualistica col supporto di Affari Legali;
- Curare e gestire l’esecuzione della copertura dei rischi finanziari;
- Gestire operazioni di finanza strutturata, asset & project financing;
- Proporre e definire azioni di ottimizzazione del circolante, in collaborazione con le Strutture Organizzative competenti di Finanza e BU;
- Collaborare, in coerenza con la Financial Policy, con Portfolio Management and Trading e Group Risk Management nella definizione delle controparti finanziarie per i derivati di copertura del rischio commodity;
- Supportare l’attività di pricing ed execution di strumenti finanziari collegati ad operazioni di finanza straordinaria in collaborazione con la struttura di competenza.

Requisiti:

- Laurea magistrale in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale e/o percorsi affini;
- Preferibile percorso universitario, progetti o elaborati di tesi svolti su temi inerenti ai mercati dei capitali;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
- Rappresenta un plus: conoscenza di Bloomberg;
- Completano il profilo: precisione e accuratezza, orientamento al risultato, team working, capacità di analisi e sintesi, curiosità, capacità di problem solving.
