The Distillery of Talents in an 18-month program where you will have the possibility to rotate across different jobs and projects, to be exposed to and guided by the local and global Supply Chain Leadership Team, and to grow with dedicated learning activities. Through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, you will gain a deep understanding of our industry, products, and services, and develop expertise in key technical areas. The first edition plans to have three different projects across Novi Ligure (AL) and Canale (CN) plants.

**Projects 1-2: Performance & Process Engineer Bottling - Novi Ligure Plant (Alessandria)**

The resources will provide technical assistance to the different functions and activities of the Bottling Department. In detail, the resource will support the Bottling Team to review all CIL standards with the implementation of new ones. He/she will create a training plan for all bottling people, then the resource will implement a checklist to check the correct execution of CILs. Moreover, he/she will be involved in the creation of loss deployment standards (performance lines).

**Project 3: Plant Maintenance Engineer - Canale Plant (Cuneo)**

The resource will provide technical assistance to the different functions and activities of the Maintenance & Plant Engineering department. In detail, the resource will review of all Bottling side preventive maintenance plans and cellars in support of the Maintenance Planner. He/She will be involved in the creation of a structure of recording and monitoring of faults and applied solutions. Moreover, the resource will support the introduction of RCA for critical and repetitive failures and training of all maintainers, create log management of actions that emerge from the breakdown analysis as tools to be left to planners and maintainers to create the PDCA cycle in a structured manner.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
- English and Italian language fluency
- Open to relocation (if necessary)
