**Job Summary**:
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Formulation Technician II in our Manufacturing team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete the formulation process for injectable products in vials, syringes, and cartridges strictly following Batch Record and current SOPs.
- Load and unload formulation lines while strictly adhering to Batch Record and SOP guidelines.
- Identify and label formulation product boxes/tubs with progressively numbered labels.
- Perform unit counts of formulation quantities and accurately identify and record process-generated waste.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly condition, strictly following safety and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to achieving flawless results.
- Capacity to strictly adhere to protocols and procedures.
- Ambitious and determined to successfully implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
- Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
