We are currently looking for an Operational Technology (OT) Global Lead in Crespellano, Italy.

In this role you will be responsible for the design, implementation, operations, monitoring and support of the company's OT support and monitoring systems. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining OT standards; planning, justifying, and leading projects based on those standards and managing compliance activities.

You will:

- Elaborate investment plan for departmental management budget development and monitoring for expense and capital cost control (technical solution study, contact OEM/get quotations and approve budget).
- Ensure IT Cyber Security measures, such updates and patching, are applicable to OT and its implementation; Deploy OT security awareness training and knowledge sharing, including content creation and update together with PMI factory/global training departments (TT&T - ET pillar).
- Coordinate and lead the factory OT teams to meet core business goals and objectives, by ensuring OT assets inventory is up-to-date; maintaining knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements for plants operations; implementing controls to monitor and measure compliance and increase the maturity of controls for OT systems.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements for plant operations.

Implement controls to monitor, measure compliance, and increase the maturity of controls for OT systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure OT Asset inventory is up to date.
- Define & ensure standard OT processes are implemented and maintained across affiliates, including Software and Hardware management and standardization.
- Ensure that PMI OT standards are followed and implemented by the Vendors.
- Provide technical expertise to support on selection processes, commercial and contractual negotiations to secure long-term advantageous supply arrangements with OT technology vendors.
- Partner with various teams within and outside of PMI to construct operational technology roadmaps.
- Assist in the identification of hazards, the assessment of risks and the implementation of risk control measures.
- Develop Global Obsolescence Strategies for OT Systems ensuring the business continuity of equipment/systems ensuring most cost-effective solution.

We’re looking for someone with
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, Automation, or related areas
- Good knowledge of Industrial Control Systems, SCADA HMI, PLC, DCS
- Experience in process and automation technology
- Knowledge of OT network, servers, architecture
- Experience in Industrial and OT Cybersecurity
- Experience in developing information technology policies and/or procedures
- Project management experience
- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations
- ANSI/ISA-95 knowledge is a plus
- ITIL Foundation knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills with ability to outline a vision to all levels of the organization and different types of audiences (technical and nontechnical)
- Analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to identify needs and take initiative
- Ability to lead and coach others in a matrix structure
- Organizational versatility
