**All about the role**:
Within our Purchasing organization, we have a dedicated PMO team with the main mandate of developing, implementing and accelerating global programs to support our Value-based Sourcing strategy. This is achieved by deploying streamlined methods & processes and include them in our way of working.

The new Program Manager will be part of this great team and will report to the Senior Program Manager for Sustainable Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development & execution of one of the most pivotal programs ongoing in Purchasing. You will engage with different cross-functional stakeholders inside Electrolux as well as our most strategic suppliers. You will also be responsible for coordinating & reporting key team initiatives. **What you’ll do**:
In detail, you will:

- Be responsible for leading the development and execution of activities within the Sustainable Procurement Program that drives sustainable development and systemic change in the net-zero and nature-positive journey, both for Electrolux and our supplier base across all product lines and Business Areas
- Lead team coordination & reporting initiatives for various sustainability areas, such as suppliers’ environmental assessment, sustainable materials (e.g., recycled plastic, sustainable packaging, green steel), sustainable logistics, and circularity
- Analyze big data, identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations, lead projects to implementation, and track results
- Help ensure the rollout of suppliers’ carbon emissions reduction and transition plans and reach a high level of supplier environmental performance, by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key suppliers and also internal colleagues
- Establish current and long-term goals and plans, including the development of suppliers to meet Electrolux’s standards and expectations
- Create and drive collaborative networks with both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop training material for the Purchasing community, including cross-functional teams, to embed standard methods and processes into our way of working
- Collaborate closely with the full PMO network within Electrolux for best practice sharing and benchmarking, and also create synergies within different functions and similar programs
- Drive, support and direct the development and implementation of Purchasing strategy

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business, Economics or Engineering, preferably with focus on Environmental Science and/or Business Sustainability Management
- At least 5 years of experience with consumer appliance industry and products or other relevant industries
- At least 3 years’ hands-on project leadership experience in a demanding environment driving complex projects, covering the planning, designing and execution phases
- Genuinely passionate about Sustainability
- Knowledge of the main Sustainability-related topics is a must (climate and water risk, low-carbon and circular economy, greenhouse gas emissions accounting and reporting, life cycle thinking)
- Able to analyze a massive amount of data, identify relevant information or trends within the data, develop conclusions that could lead to improved business decisions and organize the relevant data in a way that is easy for the customer to understand and utilize.
- Systematic, driven, result-oriented and with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, organized, objective and able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

**Bonus points**:

- Knowledge of sustainability practices, frameworks and standards is a plus
- Knowledge of ESG reporting (e.g. CDP) is also a big plus
- Hands-on experience with strategic supplier relationship management
