- Neolaureat* Magistrale in Scienze della Comunicazione o materie umanistiche con Master post Laurea in Comunicazione o affini

**Altri requisiti**:

- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese - livello C1;
- Buona conoscenza di editing video, software di gráfica e del pacchetto Office (Power Point, Excel).
- Tecniche di Comunicazione;
- Project Management;
- Precedente esperienza in ambito di comunicazione (di tesi o di stage curriculare)
- Spiccate capacità di scrittura e doti relazionali;
- Comunicazione Web e Social;
- Attenzione ai dettagli e buona creatività
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e con scadenze ravvicinate
- Flessibilità rispetto a mutevoli esigenze

**Contesto**

La persona sarà inserita nell’ambito della Direzione Comunicazione e affiancherà il team dedicato alla gestione delle attività di comunicazione interna, con riferimento alla sede di Parma, in un percorso di stage.

**Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento**

L'attività formativa si concentrerà sui seguenti aspetti:

- Elaborare contenuti digitali (grafiche, immagini e video) e testuali (comunicati, newsletter, post)
- Gestire operativamente i canali di comunicazione interna (intranet, news, plasma, newsletter, ecc.)
- Supportare le diverse aree nella definizione dei piani e stesura delle comunicazioni
- Proporre, sviluppare e pubblicare contenuti editoriali in accordo con le linee guida della Direzione Comunicazione e la corporate identity
- Adattare e tradurre i materiali globali, garantendo la coerenza del messaggio
- Partecipare all’organizzazione di eventi interni ed esterni
- Monitorare le iniziative di comunicazione interna, anche tramite analytics
