With more than 270 shops in Italy, Spain and Portugal AW LAB is a laboratory of “urban sport style” trends that offers to its customers the coolest products of the moment, suggesting and inspiring them in creating their own style. Since opening its first store in 1997, with the name of Athletes World, AW LAB is part of the Bata group, world leader in the footwear industry, with over 5,000 stores in more than 100 countries. AW LAB proposes a wide collection of sneakers of the most famous international sport brands and a wide range of exclusive designs created in collaboration with them. The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.

In this moment of great emphasis on organisational development, Bata Spain and AW LAB Spain would like to include in their HR Management Department a professional to take care of the HR Management processes of the Spanish employees.

In Spain AW LAB is experiencing a period of great development of its network of direct shops and franchises.

**Posizione**:
The main purpose of the role is the management and performance of the "Sneaker & Apparel" outlet stores at 360°, going from the allocation of end-of-season goods from direct and franchising AW LAB stores and from the central warehouse, to the commercial management of the same between such as layout setting, promotional proposal, margins, new additions of product categories and relations with the related outlets and Franchising Partners.

The main goal requires agility and strong analytical skills to maximize sales potential via the right product in the right place, supported by planning and managing stock levels to optimize performance but also an in depth knowledge of the commercial dynamics of AW LAB stores.

All the activities will be driven by setting and monitoring different KPIs: sales volume, marginality, stock level, obsolescence etc.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:

- Manage the choice and flow of old stock from the warehouse/stores to the outlets following the planning instruction about stock age and cost price value, and the marketing instruction about communication activities
- In collaboration with Logistics department, ensure the correct and constant supply of footwear, apparel and accessory products to the Outlets with deliveries at the right time in the right place throughout the season
- Analyze previous season and in-season sales for dept/gender/store to support an accurate reforecast versus the Prosperity Card of sales potential of each outlet and the related adjusted inventory. Create and update outlet/article sizing to define optimal size curve
- In collaboration with the commercial department, Planning and BA, ensure the correct pricing offer within the outlets, analyzing correct margins management for the outlets both from Company point of view and for the Partners in case of a franchising management point of sale
- Manage the flow of old stock and relationship with ‘Stockists’ for product that has not sold within outlets, not deemed relevant for outlets and/or is in excess of volume/value possible to be liquidated in outlets
- In collaboration with marketing department, manage the correct commercial setting of the layouts, always ensuring clear, legible, and commercial display

**Requisiti**:

- Strong Analytical skills
- Good level Excel knowledge
- Medium/Good level in English
- Accuracy in using systems
- Understanding of Outlet and Stockist Business
- Highly organised
- Strong Cross functional working
- Commercial Mindset
- Stress tolerance
