What you'll need to have
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels within the store.
- Strong leadership Skills and excellent communication skills to relate with different stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how to analyse data.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Power BI and the ability to manage and analyse data by generating reports.
- The aptitude to renew, improve, and embrace the change exploiting new business and growth opportunities.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Italian and English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate across the organisation to define and secure People data accuracy, availability, and when needed confidentiality.
- Align with key stakeholders within People & Culture and other functions securing a well-functioning People information & data management and support establishing People analytics as an integrated part of business decisions throughout the organisation
- Implement people planning strategy at the unit level, following principles/guidelines as localised by the Global Matrix Team and country People Planning function.
- Ensuring adherence to IKEA employment standards, legal, and union requirements related to People Planning in Store.
- Contribute to the unit’s complete people planning process from forecasting to the execution of the schedule by posting draft schedules timely, ensuring scheduled hours include planned absences and liaising on the development of final schedules with department managers to respond to co-workers, customers and business needs.
- Identify possible improvements in the people planning process.
