**Description**

The purpose of the ikonic staff position is to receive and attend to the visitors who attend the space, guaranteeing the quality of the experience. The ikonic staff works following the indications of the Store Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer reception.
- Sale and issuance of tickets.
- Manage reservations both through our website and through ticket partners.
- Cash register management.
- Museum store stand.
- Keep store stock up to date.
- Explain the route and details of the experience.
- Support in the development of the experience.
- Repairs and maintenance of the spaces.
- Guarantee the perfect state of the exhibition.

**Qualifications**
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Cash handling skills.
- Experience and knowledge on customer service.
- Fluency in English -minimum level B2
- Resolute person in the face of the challenges that arise day by day.
- Team Worker.
- Able to give clear and concise explanations.
- Help set up exhibitions.
- Able to pay attention to detail.
- Able to perform actions such as bending over or lifting things.
- Skills for visual representation.

**Additional Requirements**
- Polite.
- Demonstrate tremendous passion and energy for your work.

**We offer**
- A partial-time position in our team. (30 hours per week)
- Remuneration according to the collective agreement (9.64€ per hour) + plus variable salary (to be defined).
