Tailor&Fox, your HR Business Partner, on behalf of a global and leading group provider of mobile hydraulic and electrification products and solutions is looking for an experienced:
**PROCUREMENT SOURCING PROJECT MANAGER**

**Posizione:**:You will have the amazing opportunity to **be part of a Global Procurement team**, made of Project Managers and Strategic Buyers, located in several countries**:Italy, Denmark, the UK, the USA, Brazil, India, and China.**

Based in Reggio Emilia (Italy), you will daily cooperate and work together with colleagues at the global level to create a continuous cost-saving pipeline, by presenting well-developed project business cases reflecting the so-called Total Cost of Ownership.

The project teams are cross-functions and include Engineering, Operations, and Procurement. The main challenge is successfully launching, planning, and designing projects with excellent execution and attention to detail, control to be delivered to timeline while ensuring high quality and cost targets according to the continuous improvement approach. Able to ensure the best cost, quality, and delivery sourcing decisions.

**Requisiti:**:**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating continuous Cost Savings Pipeline for technical and sourcing levers by understanding category/sourcing trends and challenging the “status quo” and current agreements;
- You will be asked to update and communicate through regular reports the project status to all relevant stakeholders involved at the global level;
- Effective and efficient implementation of approved projects from end to end. This would include: forming and managing team resources, timelines, action plans, savings, expenses, and supplier relationships;
- Coordinating activities between Global and/or Regional Category Managers and Product Development Team to achieve the best cost, quality, and delivery sourcing decisions;
- Work together with suppliers, internal customers, management, and stakeholders to identify, visualize and relieve potential risks for the projects.

**Altre informazioni:

- BSc/BA in Business, Technology, Project Management, or relevant field, MSc/MBA is a plus;
- Proven experience in the role, minimum 5/8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, procurement, operations;
- Experience with categories and components in hydraulic systems a strong preference (starting from mechanical processing such ad Turning,..);
- Outstanding Team workability: meaningful experience in global settings, where you had concrete opportunity to cooperate with colleagues and different stakeholders at a global level;
- Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills: must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgment;
- Proficient in the use of MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations;
- Certified Project Manager credentials and/or manufacturing experience is an advantage (starting from the Gantt Chart, Project Management execution,..);
- Outstanding negotiation ability: facing sometimes differing Internal/External stakeholder expectations. You need previous experience in mediating this kind of situation;
- Results-driven, with a desire to reach goals by overcoming obstacles;
- Ability to work in a high pace context with a proactive mindset and creative thinking;
- Strong communicator and as a team player, you possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder networks;
- Available for business trips for international projects is required.

**Location**: Reggio Emilia (Italy) + domestic/international travel.
