Belcan is excited to be helping our client in hiring a Sr. Civil, Structural or Architectural (CSA) Engineer for our Baytown, Texas location

**Job Title**: Sr. CSA Engineer

**Pay Rate**: $75 - $85 depending on experience

**Location**: Baytown, Texas

**Duration**: Indefinite

Professional with high technical competency who leads CSA projects or CSA designers' teams.
- Influences direction of complex brownfield projects and communicates with CSA department peers, other engineering disciplines personnel and project managers.
- Continuously participates in technical and non-technical training.
- Participates on projects in size up to $25mm.

Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural or Architectural engineering degree is required (or equivalent engineering degree).
- Experience must include CSA design knowledge and construction support.

Knowledge & Skills
- The incumbent must have a comprehensive engineering knowledge in their discipline.
- Able to assimilate technical knowledge quickly in order to maintain advancements in his/her field of expertise.
- Leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills are imperative in order to coordinate project work to meet the demands of Covestro project managers and other divisional technical personnel.

**Experience Guidelines**:

- BS 8+ years
- MS 2-6+ years
- Professional registration and/or certifications as appropriate.
