**Webuild**, leader company in the construction field, is hiring for the
**Milan** Headquarters a
**Material Management Junior**, that will work in the Global Supply Chain Department.

Responsibilities:

- Support during the start-up phase of the jobsites, granting smooth and effective implementation of the organization, processes, physical areas, systems & tools;
- Support during the entire life cycle of the jobsite, granting that warehouse operations are managed in an effective and cost-efficient way and in line with Group’s and Jobsite’s targets;
- Support in implementation of processes, policies and procedures during the entire life cycle of the warehouse in the jobsite;
- Management of the Product Codes in line with HQ’s policies and procedures, granting relevant implementation and granting adequate education and training for all personnel involved;
- Use of Reporting System (metrics, KPI’s, etc.) in line with HQ’s policies and procedures
- Implementing and maintaining appropriate systems and tools, in line with HQ’s policies and procedures
- Implementing, monitoring and supporting the achievement of targets aligned with Group’s objectives;
- Comply with the Company policies and procedures as issued and amended from time to time;
- Management of projects and planning;
- Ability to prepare and manage budget, cost analysis, business case, improvement plans, cost reduction and optimization plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Management /Logistics Engineering;
- Professional knowledge of Italian and English;
- 1 - 2 years of experience in similar roles;
- Effective communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to relate correctly with other functions, both in strictly operational terms and in terms of processes, roles, flows in the Global Supply Chain system;
- Microsoft Office package and SAP knowledge;
- Advanced skills in numerical/complex analysis, data-driven mindset;
- Rational approach, precision, reliability, natural attitude to order and quality of work;
- Good communication, oral and written;
- Proactivity in the interaction within the other internal and external functions according the need;
- Very good analytical skills;
- Strong orientation to result.

Nice to have:

- Master’s Degree;
- Additional languages;
- Experience in structured and international organizations;
- Experience with the technicalities and regulations related to all the activities performed on-field (handling, storing, etc.) and with all tooling, equipment, technological devices, techniques and methodologies related to modern management of complex Warehouses;
- Structured experience with KPI’s and Scorecard’s;
- Experience in definition of lay-out’s, optimization of existing lay-out’s and activities planning;
- Previous use of SAP.
