To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Transfer Pricing Specialist to join the Global Tax Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: our offices in Zola Predosa (Bologna)

Reporting into: Head of Tax

Team size: 5 resources (approx)

Workplace Type: Hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Report directly to the YNAP Group Head of Tax in the preparation of the Group Transfer Pricing documentation-
- Perform Transfer Pricing analysis on intra-group transaction under the supervision of the Head of Tax-
- Liaise in autonomy with the stakeholders involved (local and foreign BUs) in order to steer and monitor the Group Transfer Pricing Campaign-
- Prepare Group Transfer Pricing documentation / supporting the Transfer Princing consultants-
- Prepare Group Transfer Pricing position for the HQ and the others subs-
- Draft Transfer Pricing reports/analysis for Intragroup Transactions-
- Support the Head of Tax in envisaging any Transfer Pricing potential risk in the Group-
- Participate in cross-function Projects involving Transfer Pricing issues to propose solutions and to mitigate tax risks-
- Support the Head of Tax on international tax aspects related to the management of transfer pricing adjustments-
- Support the Head of Tax in managing tax inspection, assessment related to the TP- The type of person that we are looking for:
- Experience in Transfer Pricing in consultancy firm or corporate work environment (minum 2 years)- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibilities- Proven ability at meeting deadlines and solving problems- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to build good relationships being a collaborative team player- Ability to be flexible in a changing environment and work to strict deadlines- Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills- Ability to work hard as part of a growing team- Proficiency both in Italian and English is a mandatory requirement- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
