- Gestisco ed organizzo, sotto la supervisione BU Director, progetti con componenti relativi alla fruizione dei principali servizi rivolti al pubblico degli ospedali e cliniche privati con forte specializzazione sui progetti con Totem ed Eliminacode. Analizzo i requisiti degli Enti definendo, insieme al team di sviluppo, le specifiche di integrazione con i sistemi CUP e backend presenti nella struttura.

FUNZIONI PRINCIPALI
- ANALISI- Garantisco la comprensione, l’analisi e la razionalizzazione dei bisogni dei clienti.-
- Assicuro la definizione e la formalizzazione dei requisiti tecnici e funzionali degli applicativi da sviluppare.-
- Garantisco la facilitazione di sessioni di analisi con i clienti e li guida nel processo di miglioramento continuo delle applicazioni/portali.- PROGETTAZIONE- Monitoro lo sviluppa dell’applicativo o parti di esso sulla base del documento di specifica técnica e/o funzionale-
- Propongo nuove idee per le applicazioni esistenti e per quelle future- DOCUMENTAZIONE- Provvedo alla stesura della documentazione relativa allo sviluppo delle applicazioni-
- Redigo manuali d’istruzione che consentano agli utenti un utilizzo semplificato dei programmi e degli applicativi.- FORMAZIONE E TRAINING- Progetto la formazione agli utilizzatori.-
- Mi occupo di insegnare agli utilizzatori le funzioni dei programmi tramite sessioni di training organizzate.- TEST- Monitoro l’andamento delle fasi di system test e collaudo-
- Provvedo alla stesura ed esecuzione dei test planSKILLS POSSEDUTE- Conoscenze del dominio dei servizi rivolti al cittadino in ambito sanitario-
