All’interno di Sella Leasing la mission della funzione Rete Diretta è lo sviluppo dei rapporti commerciali della succursale con i collaboratori esterni convenzionati (agenti e mediatori) e con la clientela, sia diretta sia intermediata dalle banche e società del gruppo.

In qualità di Business Development Specialist dovrai supportare i colleghi nello sviluppo dei rapporti commerciali della succursale con i collaboratori esterni ( agenti e mediatori) e con la clientela diretta e intermediata dalle banche el e società del gruppo..

Nello specifico, le tue responsabilità principali sono:
- supporto nelle diverse fasi di trattativa e la gestione delle richieste leasing dei clienti, dei fornitori e degli agenti convenzionati della succursale;- analizzare, e supportare nell' istruire, le pratiche di leasing;

REQUISITI- Possiedi una laurea magistrale in discipline economiche o affini;- Hai competenze di analisi e lettura di bilanci;- Hai svolto esperienze, anche brevi, in ruoli analoghi;- Hai forte predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali;- Sei una persona precisa e attenta alle necessità dell’interlocutore;- Proattività, problem solving e ricerca del “miglioramento continuo” sono caratteristiche che ti appartengono.

Modalità di lavoro: in presenza presso la succursale di Roma.
