At the interface of the economic and human stakes of the entity for which he/she is responsible, the HRBP supports managers and employees to help define and implement the short and long term strategy and performance of the entity within the framework of the GBU's purpose and its policies (HR, compliance, ethics, etc.) in compliance with the laws and regulations of its country.

Due to his/her dimension as an HR generalist, he/she is the preferred HR contact point for the populations for whom he/she is responsible for all HR themes.

To do this, beyond the themes that he/she manages directly or with the HR teams of his/her entity, he/she relies on experts in HR specialty areas in accordance with the GBU HR operating model. He/she is responsible for the social climate of his/her organization, and strives to provide a quality employee experience. He/she is responsible for developing the skills of his/her organization.

Business stakes
- The HRBP contributes to the Business strategy by activating the HR levers at its disposal (recruitment, learning, mobility, promotion, social relations, etc.), to the business performance of its entity and to its main challenges (Commerce, Operations, offers and projects...)
- He/she communicates to employees/managers within his/her scope the HR policies and action plans defined at GBU or country level and ensures their proper implementation within his/her scope, taking into account the specificities of the activity.

HR policy deployment
- The HRBP deploys the GBU's HR policies and manages the proper implementation of HR processes within its scope,
- He/she coordinates recurring HR processes (integration of new hires, internship campaigns, salary reviews, development interviews, performance review) within his/her scope. Depending on the case, he/she can lead staff representative bodies (CSE or mandatory thematic committees) at the company/establishment level with the social partners. He/she manages, where applicable, disciplinary procedures.

Advice & support managers
- The HRBP advises and provides support to the managers of its entity in their role vis-à-vis the collective and the individual (development of skills, careers, individual and collective motivation, work environment, etc.)

Talent management
- He/she contributes to Talent Reviews and supports employees in their development, at all stages of their career path, in collaboration with the Learning, Talent & Performance teams.
