**General Job Function**:

- Under the supervision of the Quality and Business Improvement Manager, the Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) works with different departments to prepare and conduct process and product improvement actions. The incumbent will manage cross functional projects and lead transversal teams within the company and suppliers to reach process and product improvements and develop special projects. The incumbent will manage the improvement of the fabrication cycles deploying a Continuous Improvement culture.- Sotto la supervisione del Quality and Business Improvement Manager, il Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) si occuperà di supportare trasversalmente gruppi di lavoro impegnati nell’ottimizzazione di processo e prodotto. - Works with the Quality and Business Improvement to define and implement Innovation Investments with a focus on product quality and profit margins. /

- Manages the Kaizen to deploy Continuous Improvement culture. /

- Provide support to operations/engineering for the resolution of complex issues or for first of a kind related problems. /

- Coordinates with related departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement. /

**Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
**Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) - Minimum Requirement**:

- University Degree in Engineering /
- _Laurea in Ingegneria_

**Years of Experience (if applicable)**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role like: continuous improvement management, production process engineering manager.

- Green Belt Certification (considered ad a Plus) /
