**ll Gruppo Uvet,** leader nella fornitura di servizi e soluzioni innovative per viaggi d’affari, mobility, turismo, incoming, eventi corporate e hôtellerie, è alla ricerca di un **Marketing and Communications Manager **da inserire nel nostro team di Milano.

**Il Marketing and Communications Manager** è il responsabile della gestione e coordinamento delle

attività di comunicazione del Gruppo Uvet e delle sue aziende. Il suo ruolo è cruciale per garantire

che l’immagine e i key message del Gruppo siano coerenti, efficaci e allineati con gli obiettivi

strategici e di business.

Principali responsabilità:
1. Sviluppo della Strategia di Comunicazione:

- Progettare, implementare e sviluppare il piano di comunicazione e marketing annuale per aumentare brand awareness e costruire relazioni con clienti, giornalisti, stakeholder e keyvcontact aziendali.
- Assicurare che le strategie di comunicazione e marketing siano allineate agli obiettivi aziendali e rafforzino l’identità dei brand del Gruppo.

2. Gestione dei Canali di Comunicazione:

- Gestire le relazioni con i media, la redazione e la distribuzione di comunicati stampa, la gestione delle richieste dei giornalisti e l’organizzazione delle conferenze stampa per tutto il Gruppo.

3. Eventi e Convention del Gruppo
- Coordinare eventi aziendali, conferenze stampa e altre iniziative di visibilità.
- Gestire il Forum e la Convention annuale del Gruppo: dalle parti operative ai contenuti di tutti gli eventi.

4. Gestione del Team e delle Agenzie esterne
- Supervisione del team di comunicazione, compresa la gestione delle risorse, la pianificazione delle attività e lo sviluppo professionale dei membri del team.
- Selezionare e collaborare con agenzie esterne come l’agenzia di Media Relations, Social Media, Web Agency e tutti i vari fornitori esterni.

5. Budget, Analisi e reporting:

- Monitorare l’efficacia delle strategie di comunicazione attraverso l’analisi di KPI e altri strumenti di misurazione.
- Redigere report periodici sui risultati delle attività di comunicazione e marketing
- Gestire il budget della comunicazione, assicurando un uso efficiente delle risorse disponibili.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Comunicazione, Marketing, Relazioni Pubbliche o affini.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari, preferibilmente in aziende di grandi dimensioni o
- in agenzie di comunicazione.
- Eccellenti capacità di scrittura e comunicazione verbale
- Gestione delle relazioni con i media, conoscenza approfondita dei social media e delle
- tendenze digitali, capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire crisi.
- Capacità di leadership, gestione del team e pianificazione strategica.

- Creatività e innovazione
- Ottime capacità interpersonali
