**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:

- Implementation of algorithms and sensors that allow problems with the engine pack to be reported.
- Development using Matlab and Simulink.
- Familiarity with ISO262622 regulations.
- Analyze safety requirements through all stages: concept, system, hardware, software levels.
- Evaluate effectiveness of safety measures throughout product lifecycle.
- Create technical safety concepts and designs based on analysis results.
- Maintain documentation according to functional safety standards (ISO26262).

**About You**
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience within functional safety or related field within automotive industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in Matlab/Simulink
- Model Based Design experience
- In-depth understanding of ISO26262 standard
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (B2) and Italian (B2)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
