**Business Travel Consultants**

**Scopo, responsabilità e funzioni della posizione**:
La responsabilità del **Business Travel Consultant **è quella di gestire correttamente le trasferte aziendali dei dipendenti delle aziende clienti, fornendo servizi primari di prenotazione, di emissione dei titoli di viaggio e di tutte le informazioni di supporto utili al passeggero per pianificare la sua trasferta.

**Attività**:

- Prenotazioni, emissione e rimborsi di biglietteria aerea, nazionale, internazionale ed intercontinentale;
- Prenotazioni, emissione e rimborsi di biglietteria ferroviaria nazionale ed internazionale (elettronica e cartacea) grazie a sistemi di prenotazione Trenitalia
- NTV;
- Prenotazioni ed emissione di biglietteria marittima;
- Prenotazioni ed emissioni di voucher alberghieri e residence in Italia e nel mondo (Hotel convenzionati direttamente dai nostri Clienti o presenti nella Directory Uvet American Express);
- Gestione prenotazioni hotel in allotment;
- Prenotazione ed emissione voucher autonoleggi per auto con o senza autista;
- Supporto informativo su rinnovi passaporti e assistenza per la richiesta di visti;
- Supporto informativo relativo alla regolamentazione igienico - sanitaria dei vari Paesi del mondo;
- Informazioni dettagliate relative all'itinerario di viaggio per ogni prenotazione effettuata;
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in un ruolo similare
- Conoscenza di almeno uno dei seguenti sistemi GDS: Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre;
- Esperienza pregressa nella prenotazione della biglietteria nazionale, internazionale intercontinentale;
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni diurni (08:00-22:00);
- Conoscenza della geografia nazionale e internazionale;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
