È alla ricerca di **n. 1 Accounting & Tax Specialist** in un’ottica di rafforzamento e crescita dell’attuale organico presso la propria sede di **Milano** (MI).

In questo ruolo, avrai una duplice responsabilità:

- contribuire alla corretta gestione delle attività amministrative delle società italiane del Gruppo Alpiq
- supportare le diverse funzioni aziendali attraverso attività di assistenza in materia fiscale con riferimento alle aree delle Imposte Dirette (IRES/IRAP) e Indirette (IVA/Accise/Imposte Locali).

**I tuoi obiettivi e le tue responsabilità**:
**_Accounting & Reporting_**
- Supporto alla fatturazione attiva (emissione fatture attive tramite modulo SAP SD, supporto tecnico al business per fatturazione attiva, elaborazione flussi attivi e inserimento SAP);
- Gestione, sotto la supervisione del responsabile, del sistema di fatturazione elettronica;
- Supporto nella gestione della fatturazione passiva;
- Supervisione del cassetto fiscale e verifica periodica della completezza delle fatture presenti in contabilità rispetto a quelle ricevute sul cassetto fiscale;
- Supporto nella gestione delle fatture da ricevere e da emettere;
- Supporto all'Ufficio Fiscale per la liquidazione di Iva e ritenute;
- Supporto all’Accounting & Reporting Manager nella predisposizione dei bilanci civilistici (stand alone e consolidato) e dei bilanci unbundling con tutte le attività ad essi correlati;
- Coordinamento del progetto nearshoring con la Repubblica Ceca in materia contabile;
- Supporto al Back Office nell’elaborazione dei flussi per la registrazione delle fatture;
- Gestione archiviazione ottica e dei libri obbligatori.

**_Tax_**
- Adempimenti in materia di IVA (supporto al dipartimento Accounting per la chiusura mensile delle liquidazioni IVA) e ritenute d'acconto;
- Gestione delle attività di compliance fiscale relative alle imposte dirette (calcolo delle imposte, dichiarazioni fiscali, pagamenti, ecc.), compresi i pacchetti di reporting fiscale mensile e annuale;
- Partecipazione alla revisione delle dichiarazioni dei redditi e della relativa compliance;
- Supporto al Tax Manager nel fornire una gamma completa di servizi fiscali in conformità con le leggi e i regolamenti entro i termini previsti;
- Analisi ed attività di ricerca su banche dati fiscali su tematiche di particolare rilevanza, di potenziali problemi derivanti da altri dipartimenti;
- Supporto al Tax Manager nella gestione delle audit fiscali, contenziosi e potenziali reclami, anche in coordinamento con i consulenti fiscali;
- Supportare le società del Gruppo in relazione a verifiche fiscali, accertamenti fiscali e questioni correlate e facilitare i rapporti con le autorità fiscali italiane;
- Supporto al Tax Manager nella preparazione del file nazionale sui prezzi di trasferimento e nella determinazione dei prezzi e degli aggiustamenti intercompany.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 3-4 anni in aziende multi/nazionali o studi fiscali
- Ottima conoscenza di MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Buona capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta in inglese
- Buona conoscenza pratica dei sistemi ERP (SAP o sistemi ERP analoghi)
- Approccio analitico e attenzione ai dettagli
- Propensione al teamwork
- Motivazione e interesse all’apprendimento e alla crescita professionale
- Buona gestione dello stress e delle scadenze
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta, da livello B2
