Treasury Stageur

**Job description**

ING Bank Italy is looking for a Treasury Stageur who will join the Group Treasury department at our Office in Milan.

You will have the chance to be part of an international environment, getting to know the Treasury processes from an end-to-end perspective and giving your contribution and support on:

- Treasury E2E processes mapping and optimization: you will be involved in all the Treasury processes in order to draft related procedures, seeking for further efficiency in the processes and organization of Treasury department.
- Cash and FX management: execute daily and intraday cash management procedure within Group Treasury, check daily cash positions in all Bank Treasury books, analyze variation, and require deal adjustment or initiate a broader investigation when needed
- Support for monthly activities on securitization
- Interact with local businesses and Head-Office Treasury colleagues
- Support other Treasury activities on ad-hoc basis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, finance or engineering management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Word)
- Fluent in Italian and in English
- Proactive approach
- Analytical skills with close attention to details
- Collaborative attitude
- Result driven and problem solver
- Previous experience in a similar role will be a plusInternational background and experience, i.e. Erasmus, will be a plus
