Wine Shop

Are you an enthusiastic sales wine professional able to give the customer the highest service delivery, understanding their needs and choices in terms of wine, selling the right product for the perfect occasion?

The Shop Manager will run the daily operations of our new Wine Shop, being able to vividly tell the story of our vineyards and the character of our top-quality wines, engaging the clients and transmitting the importance of tradition and the attention we put in every product.

**What you'll do**
- Welcome customers
- Sell wines, brand material
- Small tastings aimed at selling wines
- Description of vintage and wines
- Manage wine transfers from warehouse
- Make wine and brand material inventory
- Coordinate with Hospitality Manager
- Keep Wine Shop tidy
- Plan shifts with Wine Shop Assistant

**Who we're looking for**
- 3-5 years experience as Wine Shop Manager
- Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages appreciated)
- Deep knowledge of wines, terroirs, expecially the Langhe ones
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Available working at weekends twice a month
- Sommelier course appreciated
- Knowledge of Enologia software appreciated
- Experience with tours & tastings appreciated
