**Posizione**:
We are looking for an IT Architect, who will be responsible for a software developer team and find solutions for our company projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- To be a Leader that inspires, motivates and grows with their team. They will clarify goals and expectations, and keep everyone on the right track.
- To check & improve right processes and new technologies.
- To analyze & test data for new projects and create project roadmaps.
- To draw up documents for projects.

**Requisiti**:
**You are fit for this position if**:

- You already cover a Team Leader position.
- You love the logistics processes & new technologies.
- You have a degree in IT or Logistics / you already have a 2 year experience in managing IT projects.
- You love challenges and you have good vibes for those. You pay attention to details
- You speak fluent English.
- Nice to have German.
