- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Ruolo e responsabilità
- Il project manager ha la responsabilità di gestire le commesse acquisite dall’azienda, consistenti in impianti di produzione, formatura e cottura ad elevata capacità per prodotti da forno del settore alimentare
- Coordina le commesse interfacciandosi con i diversi reparti aziendali in tutte le loro fasi: a partire dall’acquisizione dell’ordine, attraverso progettazione, produzione, e spedizione, fino al montaggio e collaudo finale presso stabilimento del cliente
- Collabora con il responsabile della vendita durante la presa in carico della commessa, per la verifica delle specifiche del progetto e dello scopo di fornitura, in funzione del prodotto finale che il cliente intende produrre, e per la quotazione di eventuali aggiunte post-vendita.
- Si interfaccia con l’ufficio tecnico per definire i dettagli dello sviluppo dell’ingegneria,
- Verifica le tempistiche della realizzazione della commessa ed i POC con l’ufficio acquisti e con la produzione, intervenendo quando necessario
- Si interfaccia con il cliente per definire dettagli tecnici, specifiche dell’impianto e layout, anche addentrandosi nella tecnologia alimentare, e sviluppando il rapporto tramite diversi canali di comunicazione e visite in loco.
- Definisce in accordo con il cliente e con il reparto Installation&Commissioning le tempistiche di montaggio dell’impianto presso lo stabilimento del cliente; supporta i tecnici durante il cantiere
- Definisce assieme al cliente i punti pendenti e coordina le azioni risolutive per arrivare all’accettazione finale dell’impianto
- Controlla i costi di realizzazione della commessa confrontandoli con i budget prestabiliti
- Si interfaccia con le altre aziende del gruppo GEA per progetti coordinati, con la struttura del gruppo, e con gli uffici locali nelle nazioni dove si svolge il progetto.

Your profile and qualifications:
Si richiede:

- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica, elettrotécnica o gestionale, o livello di studi equivalente
- Esperienza in project management (almeno 3-5 anni) nell’ambito di impianti industriali complessi (sarà un elemento preferibile la provenienza dal settore in cui opera l’azienda)
- Capacità di apprendimento dei principi e delle tecnologie del settore alimentare e prodotti da forno in cui opera l’azienda
- Attitudine al dialogo e alla negoziazione in ambito internazionale, bilanciando la soddisfazione del cliente e l’interesse dell’azienda
- Capacità di sintesi delle problematiche e di individuazione della soluzione
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte principalmente per meeting e sopralluoghi (normalmente trasferte brevi, con frequenza da 4 a 10 viaggi / anno)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta - la conoscenza di una seconda lingua (preferibile il francese) costruirà un elemento preferenziale
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici base (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. Project)
- Conoscenza basica di AutoCad
- Gradita conoscenza SAP
